Shiva Shakti Kavach is a combination of three nepali Rudrakshas: 1 Mukhi, Gauri Shankar, and 5 Mukhi. The Gauri Shankar (naturally joined twin bead) is placed in the middle, symbolizing the union of Shiva and Parvati, with 1 Mukhi and 5 Mukhi on either side.
